- Government ID validation and selfie match
- For organizations: business permit, DTI/SEC and BIR certificates
- Manual profile checks by our operations team
We review profiles carefully before activation to ensure legitimacy and professionalism.
2. Secure Booking Process
All bookings are done within the Helpo platform to ensure fairness and proper tracking.
Payments are verified manually by our team — no off-platform or unconfirmed payments are recognized.
Each completed booking is recorded in your Helpo account for full transparency.
3. Review and Rating System
After every service, users can rate and review their provider.
These ratings help other customers make informed decisions and motivate providers to maintain high-quality standards.
Reviews are monitored — fake, misleading, or abusive feedback is not tolerated.
4. Professional Conduct
Providers must follow Helpo's Code of Conduct, which includes:
- Respecting clients' homes and privacy
- Performing services safely and professionally
- Avoiding harassment or inappropriate behavior
Any reported misconduct is investigated immediately and may result in suspension or permanent removal.
5. Data Protection
Your personal information and payment proofs are stored securely and accessible only to authorized Helpo staff.
We comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and handle all user data with strict confidentiality.
