2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- •Process bookings and verify payments
- •Confirm service completion and disburse provider earnings
- •Verify identity and prevent fraudulent activity
- •Provide customer support and improve our Platform
- •Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
3. Payment and Verification
All payments are made manually via bank deposit or GCash transfer.
Users must send proof of payment for manual verification by Helpo's operations team.
Only verified payments are confirmed as valid bookings.
Payment proofs are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized staff.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Helpo may share limited data only as necessary to:
- •Connect Users and Providers for confirmed bookings
- •Process internal financial and accounting records
- •Comply with lawful requests from government agencies
We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information to anyone.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Only authorized Helpo personnel can access sensitive data like IDs and payment proofs.
6. Data Retention
Personal data and payment records are retained for up to five (5) years or as required by law for auditing and compliance.
After this period, data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
